The acquisition of 12return by shipcloud strengthens the unique proposition of shipcloud as multi-carrier parcel management platform with an advanced returns solution.

12return offers clients a tech-powered returns solution for domestic and cross-border e-commerce, which fits perfectly into shipcloud’s service offering. 12return offers customers and consumers the best possible options. The software improves the customer journey of their online return-orders and reduce costs. The complexity of typical return processes is simplified in the 12 Return software based on “everything from one single source”.
